What we process

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, your contact details, the content of your message and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why

We use the data to reply to you and to agree on possible work together. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your message. If you ask for an offer or we agree to work together, the basis is preparing a contract at your request.

Who handles it

SaneAds Oy handles the data. Email runs on Google Workspace and WhatsApp messages go through Meta. Transfers outside the EU rely on the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the US or on the EU standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by Domainhotelli, which keeps standard server logs such as the time of a visit and your device's IP address. The logs are used only to run and secure the site.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no visitor tracking.

How long

We keep the data only as long as handling your message or a possible client relationship requires. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or transferred, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Send requests to info@saneads.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
